Eugenè Joubert
Eugenè is the Founder and Chairman of the CR Group of Companies. He studied Law at the UFS and completed his practicals at Symington and de Kok. Eugenè drafted the Debt Collectors Act and was part of the work done on the NCA, CPA and PoPIA. He is a Registered Facilitator/Assessor at FASSET and Skills Programand Content Developer at ETDP SETA. Eugenè is also a qualified Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator at ICM Mexico. He holds a Master Credit Executive designation from the American Creditors Association. Eugenè is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management both in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Past President of ADRA, the Institute of Credit Management and the Credit Bureau Association in South Africa. He has been involved in the SA Credit Industry since 1974. He is a Professional Credit Manager – CP (Int)(SA) and GCMP. He is the author of the Debt Collectors Learnership on NQF level 4. Eugenè is a FASSET assessor in Credit Management and drafted the knowledge material for FET Colleges and Universities in Credit Management.
Deidré van der Westhuizen
Deidré holds a B Proc. Deidré is a non-practising Attorney, accomplished senior manager with over 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. She brings expert, ethical and corporate experience to the Corporate Rebels environment. Her experience adds insight into financial indebtedness, business communication development, operational risk & contract & compliance management.
Dr Ina Meiring
Ina holds a BA Law LLB LLM LLD. She is a compliance specialist in regulatory and banking law. Ina serves as the Senior Legal Counsel of PASA. Previously she was with Werksmans and ENS Africa. Ina actively participated in various banking industry forums and serves as a member of the Standing Committee for Review of the National Payment System Act. She was a highly regarded lecturer at RAU and UNISA. Ina has delivered many papers and contributed to various publications.
